Corps de 23 cm à dominante blanche. Présence de rayures dirigées vers le haut et l'arrière dans la partie supérieure et vers le le bas et l'arrière dans la partie postérieure. Nageoire caudale et arrière du corps jaune. Une bande noire sur l'oeil, une autre en arrière du corps de la nageoire dorsale au pédoncule caudale et une sur la nageoire caudale.
