Balistapus undulatus (Park, 1797)

Corps de 30 cm de couleur bleu/vert barré de bandes oranges. Les mâles mâtures n'ont pas de marques oranges entre l'oeil et la bouche. Les individus de l'Océan Pacifique ont une tache noire sur le pédoncule caudal.
