Remarkable
Cette plante grasse pousse partout pourvu qu'elle soit proche de la mer et subisse les embruns. Elle est charnue ne dépassant pas les 60 cm dans de bonnes conditions de croissance. La couleur varie du rosé au vert foncé ou vert bleuté. Les feuilles comportent 3 folioles triangulaires et pointues avec des stries, elles poussent de manière opposée sur la tige.
Les nombreuses petites fleurs jaunes claires forment une ombelle, c'est-à-dire que les pédoncules floraux sont tous insérés au même endroit sur la tige.
Les fleurs donneront des grains ressemblant à de l'orge
