Distribution

Cosmopolite. En France: Camargue, Dombes, Sologne, Limousin, littoral de l'Atlantique. Partiellement migratrice dans l'hémisphère Nord.

Species status description

Le recul du nombre de zones humides et la pollution ont rendu sa survie très difficile. Protégée elle reconstitue lentement ses populations. Classée « Préoccupation mineure » par l'UICN.
