- Colonies blanches adhérentes au substrat formés d'Individus cylindriques (cylindre finement strié) de petite taille (< 1mm) reliés par un fin stolon
- Chaque individu est dressé. La partie haute, plus massive et granuleuse, est recourbée vers le bas
- Sur la partie renflée, apparaît une couronne de 12 tentacules (lophophore)
