Jaune à son extrémité Pattes : noires assez longues Attitude : Oiseau bruyant aux cris discordants, très actif.

La sterne Caugek niche proche des côtes au relief bas, apprécie les sols de sable ou de galet. Elle vit en colonie imposante et compacte
