Ocellate swimming crab
Achelous sebae (H. Milne Edwards, 1834)

Crabe nageur :
- Taille : 29 cm (longueur) et 55 cm (largeur),
- Carapace aplatie de couleur rouge-orangé avec une épine de chaque côté, bordée de petites pointes blanches et rouge foncé sur la moitié avant,
- Présence de deux taches noires (ocelles) cerclées de blanc sur le dernier tiers de la carapace,
- Pattes avant avec des pointes blanches et rouge foncé en bordure, pinces rouge foncé avec des cils,
- Pattes arrières aplaties (en forme de pagaïe).
