Cette demoiselle de moins de 10 cm a un corps d'un dégradé de gris sombre au niveau de la tête vers un blanc bleuté à l'arrière.
Les écailles présentent une marge gris foncé.
Présence d'une tache blanche au milieu du corps en dessous de la nageoire dorsale.
