Eubranchus exiguus (Alder & Hancock, 1848)

- Eolidien au corps mince et translucide, de couleur grise ou jaunâtre présentant des taches brun pâle ou vert olive, de taille variable. La taille est l'ordre de 6 à 10 mm, voire 18 mm (d'où le nom).
- Les cérates sont peu nombreux (2 fois 5 ou 7 de chaque coté du corps) et sont transparents, laissant apparaître des taches de la même couleur que celle du corps. La partie subterminale (proche de la pointe) présente un renflement. La pointe est de couleur brune.
- Les tentacules sont lisses et transparents avec une pointe blanche et un anneau brun en dessous de la pointe.
- La ponte se présente comme un petit rein renfermant des oeufs de couleur blanche.
