La ponte se présente sous la forme d'un très fin cordon gélatineux, étiré en ruban ou en entrelacs spiralé. Sa couleur est d'un blanc pur à blanc-rosé. Elle est directement enroulée autour des ramifications des hydraires de type Eudendrium.
