L'accouplement produit un ruban gélatineux extrêmement mince, qui est translucide ou légèrement blanc. Ce cordon d'oeufs est directement installé et enroulé de manière lâche en spirales ou en boucles autour des tiges d'hydrozoaires qui constituent la nourriture de la limace. À l'intérieur du cordon, une multitude d'oeufs microscopiques de forme ovale est disposée en spirale.
