Tige jusqu'à 5m de long, épaisse, qui peut se ramifier. Feuilles longues et étroites presque aussi larges que la tige, verticillées par 3, se terminant par une pointe effilée recourbée vers le bas. Port général grêle. Couleur vert clair à moyen.
