Umbraculum umbraculum (Lightfoot, 1786)

Taille : 10-20 cm, coquille petite (4 à 7cm)
Couleur : marron, orange ou jaune, excroissances blanc-gris
Aspect : corps circulaire, présence de tubercules de taille inégale, coquille conique colonisée par d'autres êtres vivants (épibiontes), rhinophores jaune-orangé lisses et tubulaires, tâches oculaires à la base des rhinophores
Observation : se nourrit d'éponges qu'il peut creuser pour s'y cacher.
